• Why is it hard for liberals to understand that Transgenders do not belong in the U.S. military?

They don't belong. The military was not meant to be for everyone and it is most certainly not meant to be a social experiment. They used to be called "Afro-Americans." That was actually more accurate.

I rarely hang with anyone anymore because they are always away. My mom says I'm young and go do this and that but she doesn't understand I'm all alone cause my friends are away and she says once you start working you can't have won't be able to have free time. But I rather work and study than bullshit around during summer getting drunk and laid, I rather make something of myself. Today I got in touch with an Air Force recruiter and he scheduled me for an asvab. I plan on being a cop after I do my 4 years. Do you think it just be best for me to enlist. I feel it'll be a big adventure being in the airforce.

And we still haven't quite defeated and destroyed all of the deadly enemy terrorists out there and won the wars in the middle east, in Syria and in Afghanistan yet. And now that we have more advanced and stronger military weapons and technology, I'm hoping the U.S. military will finishing annihilating all of the remaining terrorists in syria, afghnistan and the middle east and win the wars out there so that they all won't be a deadly threat to the U.S. and the world anymore. So will the U.S. military finishing winning the wars out in the middle east and defeat all of the terrorists out there? Thank you and stay safe!

I have already signed my contract for 6 years. I am a Junior in college and will be taking next semester*Fall 2018) off to attend BCT and AIT(OSUT). Anyone took a semester off to go to basic and AIT and regretted it? I will return to school after and my university is military friendly.

I am training hard now but I'm not sure if I will be in the best shape in just 15 days.

the reason i ask is because i have been in dep for about 6 months now. And this is for the Air Force I was already to go until the DOD came up with a new policy that affected non citizens --->>https://www.defense.gov/News/Article/Art... The reason why i want to get out is because i have been waiting for a while, i am getting irritated i have put so many things on hold because i am uncertain of how all this will go. I have just had a talk with my mom about life and including this too. I ask my recruiter all the time when i go see him and he says hes still hasnt heard anything and he will let me know as soon as he hears something. Joining the Air Force/military is something i have always wanted to do, so i really dont want to drop out right now especially with the amount of time that i have put in it. I honestly want a straight answer of whether if they need me or not you know i would hate to be stringed along all this time and just find out that they dont need me or my clearance didnt go through. In the article it says it could take up to a year so i honetly dont know what to do. Another question is what exactly are they looking for when they do this kind of check? I am pretty young 21 years old and i have only moved once. I appreciate all the help/answers.

If the recruiter promises a signing bonus for a job but it's not on the enlistment contract on the day of shipping out to basic, can I opt not to enlist until it is in the contract or is it set in stone?
