An inheritance of $220,000 is owed to 5 people.
Person 1 and 2 both get one half EACH.
Persons 3, 4, and 5 get one third EACH.
How much are all 5 people getting?
I tried calculating persons 1 and 2 first. 220,000 / 2 is 110,000... But now how do i account for persons 3, 4, and 5 for their individual thirds?...

I tried calculating persons 1 and 2 first. 220,000 / 2 is 110,000... But now how do i account for persons 3, 4, and 5 for their individual thirds? Theres no more money left to divide amongst them after calcuating 1 and 2's halves.
Am i missing something?
