Curly hair type 3B but straight underneath! Help!?
Hello! So I’ve recently been trying to embrace my natural curls, a little past my shoulders in length) as much as I can and I’ve been trying to find the best curl defining product and in the middle of figuring that out I realized that the bottom layer of my hair is nearly straight or slightly wavy! I’m wondering if there are any ways to fix this! I’m using a hair serum to keep it healthy and try and help the damage aspect of my hair. I’ve been not to diffuse so I can let it be as a healthy as it can but I’m open to all suggestions! Thanks!

Will conservatives succeed in rebranding fossil fuels as the energy of the future in a world so concerned with climate change?
I don't find this to be a sound strategy, trying to convince so many countries that fossil fuels are harmless. We should get on board Spaceship Earth and figure out how to move on from this disgusting energy source.

Horror/Fantasy World-building question?
I've finished writing a vampire novel and had it reread by my mother. She says there should be a sequel because I only give off the 1 main character's point of view and literally nobody else's. Trouble is the ending in book one pretty much wraps a perfect happy ending. However, I really want to write a sequel based on the POV of my main character's friend, BUT there are no vampire hunters (mainly because every single human in my world is oblivious to even the thought of vampires existing). And I really DO NOT want to copy off of Twilight or Underworld (werewolf tribes/wars).
Got any ideas?

Would there be a increase in plus size women after the lockdown ban is lifted and would the plus size industry profit by it.?
Back awhile ago I was reading something about the plus size industry is really growing right now. What with the quarantine right now there's been reports of people gaining weight know as the Quarantine 15. Lot of the reports are women saying that their jeans are not fitting anymore and have to purchase a bigger size. Would the plus size industry profit from women buying bigger clothing because of the Quarantine 15 and will dress size's go up as well.

Python OOP class question?
I have a class called Amoeba, and in its init function I want it to determine when it is created if it is the newest created one or not and assign this value to self.newest variable. I'm trying to do this by looping through all instances in the class and trying to match the current instance with the last one in the list but can't get it to work.
class Amoeba(object): def __init__(self, x, y, amoeba_id): global amoeba_idcount global amb_length # length of ambs which is a list of all instances of this class self.x = x self.y = y self.width = amoeba_width self.height = amoeba_height self.id = amoeba_id self.newest = False amoeba_idcount += 1
# Determine if this instance is the newest or not
amb_length = len(ambs) for amb in ambs[0:amb_length]: if amb.id == amb_length: if amb.id == self.id-1: self.newest = True else: self.newest = False

(Q005) Part 1.b. Today the Atlantic Ocean is about 5,700 km wide at the latitude of Boston. At one time, however, there was no Atlantic Ocean because the east coast of the United States and the northwest coast of Africa were joined in a huge supercontinent. The Atlantic Ocean started to form "only" 185 million years ago, as modern North America split from Africa and the two continents slowly drifted apart in a process called seafloor spreading. Assuming that the rate of seafloor spreading has been constant, at what rate has North America been moving away from Africa? Give your answer in millimeters and kilometers.
a. 0.0325 mm/yr; 0.0000000325 km/Myr
b. 0.0325 mm/yr; 0.0325 km/Myr
c. 30.8 mm/yr; 0.0000308 km/Myr
d. 30.8 mm/yr; 30.8 km/Myr

Has COVID-19 ruined an entire generation of young people?
Young children are losing out on education and social skills development, college students are losing out on the college experience, fresh graduates can’t find jobs, can’t buy homes, can’t afford rent, many are moving back in with their parents. The lower and lower middle class is financially ruined, etc etc. It will be interesting to see how our young children and young people develop with huge educational gaps and loss of career advancement and a pause in economic growth. Basically 2020-2021 will be “lost years”

What's your definition of someone who is unstable or do you call a person unstable because you don't understand them?
In reality, people are different to each other in many ways such as personality, views, the function of their brain and personal philosophy. It bothers me that there are people in the world who like to label each other due to being stereotypical and ignorant. If people manage to accept each other's differences, there would be no ignorance, intolerance, hatred and anger but unfortunately in the real world people are like that. I think that when someone labels a person as unstable, they are just being a control freak because they expect that person to fit in their mind so when they come across someone who has a different mindset, they will expect them to stoop to their level. When the person who is being labelled does not conform with the other person's expectations, they will be seen as emotionally unstable or unstable in the brain. I think that some people's erratic thinking is from an after effect when they've been wronged psychologically speaking by another person who would be a psychological bully.
