Does child support change after the agreement is made if the child chooses to spend more time at one parents?
I live in MN and am wondering something. I have my kids 50% of the time, and that is agreed upon in my divorce decree. I am wondering if one of my children decides to spend less time with me and more time with my ex spouse, does he get to change things around so that I end up owing him money? (right now I make a little less than him, but he doesn't really pay me due to the fact that he pays for the health insurance). He has tried to turn all of our kids against me and it has worked with one of my 3 kids.
Does he have the right to change up the percentages without an order from the court? Thanks6 AnswersLaw & Ethics10 years ago
I left my husband a little over a year ago and now I just get to see my kids on Christmas Eve until 11pm. I am wondering if I could hear good Christmas Eve traditions that I could do since I have to pack all of my Christmas into Christmas Eve. My kids are a bit older, 13, 11, and 9, so the Santa stuff is out. I don't wanna make cookies for a guy who isn't coming over.3 AnswersChristmas1 decade ago
What show was that?? I am dying because that is all that I remember about it. That one of the male characters loved older women because he liked the little loose bag of skin under their chins. Please let me know what show this is if you know it. Thanks :)3 AnswersComedy1 decade ago
Ok, it's a "alternative" band but this song was really popular... For some reason I know the words (somewhat... you will forgive me if I don't have them all perfect, right?) and can picture the video but can't remember the name of it or who sang it
Here is how it goes:
I feel so extraordinary
something's got a hold on me
I get this feeling I'm in motion
a certain sense of liberty
chances are we've gone too far
you took my time and you took my money
now i see you've left me standing
in a world that's so demanding
I used to think that the day would never come
that my life would depend on the morning sun....etc etc8 AnswersOther - Music1 decade ago

I bought a treadmill about 6 months ago, and didn't buy the service plan because it was so expensive. I just want to know what I should do to make sure it stays in tip top shape... I use it almost everyday. It is a Proform XP 680 from Sears.2 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade ago
My family of 5 wants to go to Disneyworld in the fall. We live in MN, and I have never booked a big vacation like this. Should we use a travel agent or book ourselves? Should we stay in a Disneyworld hotel or book outside of Disneyworld? Any advice is appreciated!11 AnswersOrlando1 decade ago
My daughter wants me to buy a pool this summer. I hate taking care of pools- even wading pools. I have seen the big blow up water slides that you can purchase for your back yard but I am nervous to spend $400 on one and have my kids get sick of it after a week. Does anyone have one of these or know of a fun water toy that kids will continue to like? My kids are 10, 9, and 7 years old.6 AnswersToys1 decade ago
My husband is into internet porn, which does not bother me too much. However, now instead of dial-up, where my husband and I had different accounts and my kids always used my account, now we have broadband. No 2 accounts. So, when they start to enter website addresses on the browser bar, all sorts of weird **** starts to pop up. How do I hide my husbands x rated sites from my kids?9 AnswersOther - Internet1 decade ago
