I'm a 13yr old girl, I have a 2.7 sugar thing in my blood when it should be under 1. I don't know what to do, and I need help. I weigh 188lbs if that helps any, but you also have to know that I am 5ft 8in. Im not very active, but I can't help because when I try getting in shape my teachers and family tell me that school comes first, and I agree with that, but I would think your personal health would come first, even if you have poor grades. So can you help me please? I don't want to be stuck like this forever. Any tips, dieting ideas, helpful schedules, and any thing else would be extremely helpful.
