In your opinion, which of the two would I have a better chance of obtaining employment? I often hear that law isn’t always guaranteed. I also hear that there is always work in I.T. What are the pros and cons?

I dated a guy for a year (Long distance relationship. We live about 2 hours away from one another, but visited each other frequently). As our relationship continued, he began to widthdrawl himself from me, but continued to act affectionate when we talked. He started texting and calling less and blaming it on his job and being tired (he is a trucker and work 12 hours a day). I asked him two weeks before visiting him “Do you feel that everything is ok between us?”. He answered and told me his feelings have not changed towards me and he thought things were going good. I went to visit him and talked to him the night before I was supposed to see him and everything was perfect. The next day he ignored me and I haven’t heard from him in a month. He’s a Sagittarius (just to explain some of his ways) I texted him several times and asked him to have a conversation with me and tell me how he feels, but no answer. Why couldn’t he just come out and break up with me, instead of ignoring me after a year of dating? I stopped texting and calling him and began healing myself and decided to move on. Why do men pretend that everything is ok, just to leave you with no closure?

I am in the process of rebuilding my credit. I have a credit card for a major department store. My credit score was a 636 (not good, but okay for rebuilding). I usually keep my spending limit below 30 percent. This month I splurged and spent 37 percent. I made sure to pay my bill in full long before the due date. I went into the store and puchased something the day of my due date, and was told that the purchase would be on my next billing cycle. Today, I recognized that my score dropped 30 points and the purchase that I made in the store was on my credit report as a balance increase. Like always, I plan to pay this in full before it is due. The credit account is Current on my report. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong and why my score decreased?

Hello, I took out a Parent PLUS Loan for my daughter to finish college. Her school split the loan in two for Fall 2017 and Spring 2018. She is graduating in January 2018. Initially she planned to go to graduate school for Spring 2018, but she changed her mind. We cancelled her Sub and Unsub loans for Spring 2018 and did not chose to send the Parent Plus Loan back to the lender. Will her school send the Parent PLUS Loan back on their own or will they disburse it to me since I've already been awarded the funds and the loan reflects on my credit report. I am aware that Parent PLUS Loans cannot be used for graduate school anyway, but it has been on her student account for that semester. Does anyone know what will happen to the other half of my loan. Thank you.

When I was younger, I was sexually abused by my older brother. I was 7 and he was 14. When I turned 15 my experience began to weigh heavy on me and I told my mom that my brother sexually abused me. I couldn’t help, but cry uncontrollably as it came out for the first time and my mom told me to “Stop being so dramatic”. She told all of my siblings (which I did not want her to do) and told others in the family that I was lying. She always covered for my brother through everything that he has always done. She told me that she was going to take me to get a lie detector test done as a way to scare me into letting it go. Years later I brought it back up, as it continues to effect me everyday. When I talk about it my mom purposely ignores me and fails to acknowledge anything about it. She gets upset when my responses to her about my brother aren’t so nice. My brother has always been a trouble kid and is now facing 10 years in prison for a gun charge. My mom constantly pittys him, gives him money and brings him around me when I’ve asked her on several occasions not to. She has never tried to comfort me or help me seek counseling. If one of your children sexually abuse the other, would you be able to continue having a relationship with them? I’m now in my early 20’s and will be graduating with a Bachelor degree in January. After that, hopefully I will be able to start a life for myself. Should I let it go or confront my mom about the way I feel one more time?

My friend was charged for the possession of an illegal firearm 4-5 years ago in the state of Delaware, but he didn't do jail time (just charged and I believe paroled). He moved to New Jersey and received a drug charge for walking around his apartment complex with drugs, but he didn't do jail time (just had to pay a fine). Yesterday, he and his girlfriend got into an argument and she called the police and told them that he hit her. She also told them that he had an illegal firearm in his house and drugs. He was arrested for domestic relations and the police were issued a search warrant and raided his house. They found two firearms (one being a riffle), bullets, and a backpack full of drugs for distribution. He lives right across the street from an elementary school (I know the school zone will be taken in consideration). He has 11 charges pending against him at the moment. Since this is his third time being arrested, will he most likely do jail time?
