Does anyone notice when guests of late shows come on to stage to sit on seats that allow them to look up (instead of straight across) at their host?
Why do they set it up that way? Is it a coincidence? A trend?2 AnswersTalk Shows9 years ago

Anyone a CAR INSURANCE AGENT? Will dealerships be able to cover employee who has had a 3years plus old DUI?
About two years ago, my boyfriend had an unfortunate brush with the law. He was charged with DUI. He completed his rehabilitation in 3 months, received his license back, and the court even dropped the conviction!
The DMV is a whole other entity. He mentioned to them that he was not criminally convicted. However, the DMV will not erase the DUI and told him it will remain three years on record for insurance agencies to see.
That is fine because he only has till next summer for it to be three years since his conviction.
Will this mean Dealerships may insure him then?1 AnswerInsurance & Registration10 years ago
My mom is in her 70's. Her vertebrae in her lower back is pinching her nerve that leads to her entire left leg. She had injured her back before, but it never affected her until now. She had lost some bone mass and her spine is slightly tilted.
My mom had been seeing her primary doctor and chiropractor. But lately, an acquaintance of mine said to me that my mom shouldn't be seeing a chiropractor. She should be seeing an orthopedic surgeon or neurologist.

I personally agree it is mean any way you put it. But do you think it is cruel to insult someone who you do not know personally, and who has never done anything to you?
When I was a teenager my 'good' friend's sister said something insulting about me to her. The awful thing is she repeated her sister's comment to me and I kept expressing how hurt I was for her to have said that. My friend just seemed partially sympathetic.
I didn't think about it for a long time until I heard someone calling another the same name.
What do you think?
(She said I was ugly. I am not ugly and I am very self aware. But it has hurt my self-esteem when I was young and I hope you young people out there look at people on the inside out, not outside in!)7 AnswersOther - Cultures & Groups1 decade ago

I know this guy who just moved into my town. I met him through my mutual friend. We flirt off and on, but nothing serious. He calls me by terms of endearment, and I will respond to him with pet names as well. I know we are just friends, and I don't know him enough to know if he can be a player.
but I do wonder how he is under the sheets. :) I think we would make wild and crazy sex together, but relationship?? It is way too soon to tell.
