  • Can anyone point me to a figure drawing workshop, class, or session near arlington heights, illinois?

I am looking for a nude figure drawing session, class, or workshop offered within 30 minutes of Arlington Heights, Illinois. I do know that Chicago has plenty to offer but the commute is an issue. Thank you for any help.

  • How hot can the temperature of an office be legally?

At this moment the office is 98 degrees fahrenheit. It's a small office and lately the temp has been anywhere from 85-90 degrees fahrenheit. I live in the United States in Chicago Illinois. It's nearly impossible to concentrate and I've been feeling sick because of the heat. We have an indoor thermometer reading this. They say there is nothing they can do about it because the building owners don't turn on the air conditioner until it's officially Spring. Is this legal or is there anything I can do about it?

  • Can someone offer me some career advice with arborism?

I've been strongly considering getting involved in a career field involving conservation, trees, nature. I would love to care for trees. This may sound pretty naive, but I have a major fear of heights. I've done some research and it seems that in order to be an arborist it's very necessary to climb trees. I love studying trees, caring for the environment, and being in nature. Is there a field of tree study that doesn't involve the maintenance of trees and where I can still be in the field? Thank you for any advice.

  • What is this divination kit called?

I found this cool little divination kit at a store and wanted to look up more information on it, but forgot the name. It is a bunch of modern symbols drawn as simple ink outlines no small .5 x .5 inch white squares. these are selected from a bag and read accordingly. There are over 50 in the bag. I know they aren't runes. Any idea what these could be called?

  • Why do I see things that look so real sometimes that shouldn't be there when I wake up?

Sometimes when I wake up I see a figure, shadow standing in my room. Other times I carry over what was in my dream into reality. It's not just a vague image. It's something very solid and very real to my eyes. When I will myself to remember it's not there it disappears. I have written light in midair, been tormented by dark figures, seen whisps of light, and even been literally touched by an unseen force. I know this sounds like a drug trip, but I promise no such things ever involved. I've always had a theory what I have is a sleeping or mental disorder. I have been experiencing things like this since I was a child but never knew who to talk to about it. I have woken up in my sleep shaking because I thought there was an earthquake and many, many more odd things. What could this be? On top of all this I will often act out my dreams, such as climbing up the wall as if it were a mountain, spinning my hands in midair as if manipulating small tornadoes, and sometimes falling unconscious after waking up because I've become so frightened or knocked out by a very visible body of energy. I don't think I'm haunted, crazy, or possessed. None of those make sense. This isn't urgent because I'm used to all this. I have experiences like this, sometimes completely away in the middle of the day, about several times a month. It would be nice to have an explanation though.
