Okay for clarification, I don't run. I go on jogs as of a couple days ago but mostly switch off between jogging and speed walking because of my asthma.
So after my first jog I got intense pains in my calves, as well as my ankles, and on my right foot I now have a pain akin to plantar fasciitis??? Is this because of weak muscles and etc?
Is this normal for beginner joggers?
I tried looking it up but nothing gave me a direct answer.

I'm a fashion disaster. This is the (second) time I've been out of quarantine (first was to pick up medication) and we're going to move and...well, I wanna look cute. Even if its just for the long drive. I'm used to wearing ratty jeans and a band or plain shirt. So...is this okay?13 AnswersFashion & Accessories5 months ago
Okay so, don't ask for the full story its dumb, and money related.
So I was doing a test. To see if asprin can help instead of my lisinopril. It didn't work. I just took one at 10:30pm and one more at 1:20am. Well I found out I can split my lisinopril in half and it would be just as effective.
But asprin and lisinopril don't mix.
How long should I wait before taking the lisinopril??? I'm in pain now but...lesson learned ig.1 AnswerMedicine6 months ago
I was just in my room, and I got bad cramps quite literally out of nowhere. I knew I was late but this just hit me hard. I actually started crying it hurt so bad and I tried to use the bathroom (partially because I needed to and other partially because when I get cramps I always use the bathroom) but it felt like because of the pain I couldn't go.
I was/still kind of am having a hard time breathing from it and ended up, after going back to my room, blacking out from the pain.
Is this normal? Did the pain stop me from going to my bathroom? This is my first period as of quarantine and it's never been this bad before. Not to the point of not going to the bathroom or blacking out.1 AnswerWomen's Health8 months ago
Okay so last week I got an infection from a hang nail. I ended up using a clean nail to poke it to drain it. There's no more pain unless I apply pressure directly next to the nail itself. My finger is still a little swollen, a little red, but theres a large white dot. Does it still need drainage? Or is this normal healing stuff?Injuries9 months ago
For the record, I do not feel sick or anything but...
I have asthma. And today at work I was hustlin' and bustlin'. And a few times I had to stop and use my inhaler. Well. I got off work at 8:30pm, and at the current time I am writing this it is 12:30am. So its been 4 hours. My lungs have been hurting. Not like aching but its been hard to breathe. I get a little relief from my inhaler but not too much.
Should I see a doctor for this???3 AnswersRespiratory Diseases9 months ago
I have the Irwins Natural Sunny Mood pills and the Natures Bounty Anxiety and Stress Reliever pills.
I took 2 sunny pills instead of 3, along with 2 of the stress reliever pills.
Was this okay? I tried looking it up but I can't find anything. Do I need to throw it up or call 911? Or am I okay?1 AnswerAlternative Medicine10 months ago
Okay before you answer let me elaborate.
First off, whenever I'm out, be it a car ride, the store, a restaurant, I absolutely can NOT go without my music (earbuds in of course). It fills me with severe anxiety. I thought that this habit would break after high school (I graduated in 2017, I just recently turned 21) but it never did. And it wasn't even a habit, cuz back in middle school I felt the same anxiety and found out Just before high school that music was the perfect cure.
Secondly, I feel like music is all I'm good at. I mean I enjoy writing, literature and chemistry, but I never feel super at home doing it. But with music, like singing, playing piano, playing accordian, harmonica, and as of recent the violin, I feel like I'm doing something I'm MEANT to. Like,, I dunmo. Maybe it's just my purpose?
Thirdly, when I get sick, I lose my voice (common in most people) and it genuinely feels like absolute TORTURE. Like I'm totally utterly useless. When I can't sing I start tearing up and feeling like my world is crumbling. (Overdramatic? Maybe so. But that's how it feels).
And finally, I have music decor on my wall (thanks Hobby Lobby) and whenever I look at it, I feel oddly at ease.
Why? Why am I so overly attached? Why do I feel like this? Even before I became obsessed I always felt useless...2 AnswersPsychology1 year ago
Some background: Managers get paid on Wednesday where I work. Normal employees get paid Friday at midnight.
So yesterday (Thursday) my manager mentioned she hadn't received her paycheck yet, and that other managers from other stores aren't getting theirs either. She said according to them there's "complications".
For them its been 2 days and me and other employees aren't getting our money yet.

Okay so, currently its 12:46am. I went to the bathroom like, 2 - 3 hours ago and washed my hands. Nothing was abnormal, just another night. I just went again about 20 minutes ago, and when I finished my business and went to the mirror, I saw these weird cuts on me. They didn't even hurt, they were just there. I have 2 more on the other side, but they're not parallel or anything, they're directly below eachother and kinda hard to see. But I just ran my finger over them and now they're stinging. Not too badly but its very uncomfortable.
Now, for the past few hours, I've just been on my laptop listening to music and typing up an essay. I didn't scratch myself or anything.
I tried looking it up online but I can't find anything.
I'm providing a picture for anyone who can evaluate this and PLEASE answer with sincerity and without trolling. I'm really confused and concerned.2 AnswersMental Health2 years ago
Okay, this is really embarrassing and gross but, long story short, I haven't had my period since mid-late October. I quit my job around then (I'm 20) and I'm really stressed about moving out and lately its been easier for me to have breakdowns (I'm admitting this in case its important)
So in November, nothing happened.
This month, as of afew days ago (my period is normally 8 days) I would get cramping as if I'm starting or on my period, but there's no blood, and the normal stuff I do to make cramps go away helps, plus, even though there's no blood, I smell like I'm on it, as of today?
Is this concerning? Or, is this caused by stress or what..?2 AnswersWomen's Health2 years ago
