  • Alternatives to taco seasoning?

I have been craving tacos lately but cannot eat traditional tacos because something in the taco seasoning makes me sick. I'm sensitives to spicy foods and get acid reflux and heart burn easily, so i'm looking for something to flavor my meat with that won't make me sick. Has anybody seasoned it with something else?

  • Black spots on nipples?

Sorry if this is a little tmi but for years now i'd get these random tiny black flecks in my nipples. I just figured it was dirt but then realized it was actually under the skin and i have to pop it out. It doesn't hurt or anything and I didn't think much of it until they showed up again and my boyfriend noticed. They're almost like little black heads but i'm pretty sure that's not what they are. Anybody have something similar or know what this could be?

  • Airplane advice? (20 characters)?

In two weeks i'll be flying from Pennsylvania to Kansas to visit family. I have flown before so I know the drill but this will be the first time that i'm flying by myself. I also have a plane change and i've never done that before. So if anyone could give me advice so that my trip goes smoothly that'd be great :)

  • What to get a 15 year old boy for his birthday?

My little brother turns 15 in three weeks and I'm really not sure what to get him. The situations a little unique, i'm adopted and recently found my birth family a few months back and am going to see the for the second time the week of his birthday. I got him a baby blanket and a teething ring as a joke since its his "first" birthday with me but I want to also get him something unique that he'll like. We have a really good relationship but I just can't figure out anything affordable other than the usual video games, gifts cards, etc. Thanks in advance guys :)

Long story short, I'm adopted so these are my biological brother and sister who i've never met. If all goes as planned i'll be meeting them in January and we all want to get each other stuff for christmas. When I ask them they don't really know what they want. My sister is 17 and my brother is 14. Any ideas that aren't too expensive an that won't get confiscated on an airplane would be appreciated :)

  • Birth control timing?

I just recently started taking the birth control pill sprintec and the doctor said it was super important to take it at the exact same time every day. However, I had a nurse tell me as long as I took it daily I was fine and a few other people told me they only tell you to take it at the same time so you get in the habit of it. I've been taking it within a half hour of the same time each night, so I'm not too worried. I was just curious if it really is a big deal to take it at the same time each day or as long as you take it around the same time you're good. Thanks :)

  • What to expect at family planning exam?

Long story short I have an appointment tomorrow with family planning to get birth control. What should I expect and how should I prepare myself? I've never been to the doctor for this before. And what's the general cost for something like that as i'm not going through my insurance? (I forgot to ask when I made the appointment and they're closed right now). Thanks in advance.

  • 1 year anniversary gift?

My boyfriend and I are celebrating our 1 year in november and i'm at a complete loss of what to get him or make him. I'm the kind of person that would prefer to give something from the heart, and something geared more towards our relationship than just a gift like a game or something. He works at gamestop, loves call of duty, and mine craft, and won't wear a bracelet or a necklace because of work. I'm at a complete loss.. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  • Curious, as a parent how would you react to this situation?

Your daughter just turned 18 and she has never given you any reason not to trust her. May be a little lazy sometimes, but generally does as she's told and has her own babysitting job. Over spring break she says she's spending the night at a friends and the next day you find out she spent the night with her long distance boyfriend who she met online. They had been talking for 7 years before he came to town and they claim they didn't have sex. The guy is 20 and wants to come meet you after you found out they spent the night together. She says she's sorry she lied and hated doing it but was scared you wouldn't approve of the boyfriend based on several comments you had made previously. She is also enrolled in a college for the fall semester about 20 minutes from the boyfriends town. How would you handle the situation? How would you feel, or react, and would you punish her or no because she's 18 and claims to make her own decisions.

  • Craft ideas for a five and seven year old?

I've just recently started babysitting for a 5 year old girl and a 7 year old boy who love the outdoors and they love crafts. I'm looking for simple craft ideas that don't require too many materials. They love anything to do with coloring and glue. The girl is super girly and loves anything having to do with stuffed animals, princesses, and the colors pink and purple while her brother loves sharks and nature. Any ideas would be great appreciated, thanks :)

  • Homework help anybody?

I need to write a story to go with this song but i'm completely drawing a blank. The idea is to be able to read the story while my orchestra is playing the song and have the story and the parts to the music fit together perfectly. Anybody wanna give it a go at writing a story to go with it? It's supposed to be sort of lovey and build up based on the parts of the music. Good luck and thanks :)

  • What to get a friend for her birthday?

My friend and I have birthdays that are two days apart (hers is march 8th mine is the 10th) so we celebrate together at school on the 9th. We had originally planned to do balloons and brownies and candy but then I found out she's making me a giant card and getting me a balloon and apparently something else. I want to get her something good (we're turning 18) but we're not extremely close, just school friends. Any unique ideas?

I'm starting a weekly babysitting job for a 9 month old boy. He's pretty calm so I shouldn't have any issues and his mom might be home some of the time. What can I do to entertain or distract him if he does start to get upset if his moms not around? Thanks in advance :)

As long as i take the label off? Also how do I need to label the box? • What quote to add to this picture?

First off I know this is in the wrong section but you all are generally so much more helpful than other sections. The picture is of my 2 year old cousin and my grandpa. He's holding her looking at her and she's pointing at him. He's her great grandfather and I need a sweet quote to add, thanks (:

  • How to delete music from your ipod?

I have an 8 gig ipod touch. I want to upload more videos onto it but there's not enough space so I was trying to delete music off but it doesn't seem to work. I unchecked the songs I didn't want and the music stayed on. Then I deleted them out of my library and they still won't go away. What else can I do so I can keep only the songs I want? Thanks in advance

  • Prom Hairstyles?! (twenty stinkin characters!)?

My highschool prom is friday night. My mom is going to be doing my hair so nothing too complicated, but something nice. I have thick-ish, wavy strawberry blond hair. It's about shoulder length. Pictures would be appreciated. I was thinking about an updo, but i also have a silver headband with a flower on it, so something that would really accent that would be great. Thanks in advance!!

  • What do you think of the name...?

Jagger Courtland? My cousin just told me that if her baby is a boy this is what she will name it. It sounds more like a dog to me.. I'm starting to get used to it but I just can't say Jagger with a straight face... She said I can call him Jay, but still. Does anybody else really like this name?
