I'm going to be old-fashioned and say Ridge Racer 7. It's not as realistic as some of the other racing sims out there, but it's pretty darn fun. Although it'll be hard to find in stores because it's a couple of years old, and the graphics aren't as great because the game isn't that new, this all means it'll be cheaper, for bargain hunters.
