If I block someone on Facebook,can I still see this blocked person on my friends lists?

Question

So I went on one of my facebook friend's list and saw a girl that I didn't like in the past so I blocked her (so she wouldn't see me on facebook in the future and maybe send me a friend request)...so now,I checked that same friend's list and now I don't see that blocked person on her list..
Is that because I blocked her and now it doesn't show any kind of connections..mutual friends OR is it because the girl that I blocked -has blocked me too???

If you block someone, regardless of your privacy settings, they will NOT be able to search for you or connect with you in any way on facebook. You will not be able to see them in any of your friends friend lists.

No. If you block a person from seeing your FB page, then you will not see them anywhere else as well. I have tested this. I blocked out someone that I didn't want seeing my page, and when I went to a page that I new she was on, I could not see her.....and she had NOT blocked me out.

when you block someone on FB then basically they are not aware you even have a FB, because if they were to search you, you woulden't show up

she didnt block u when u blocked her then there is like no connection with u and her anymore at least on facebook
