Just got test blood test results back.. just dont understand them?

Can someone please translate this from doctor talk to english for me? lol this is exactly what the paper reads:::

(and then under it says)

NOT DETECTED

I went in for annual PAP and STD tests.

You don't have chlamydia or gonorrhea. Congrats.

It means the swab for culture did not detect chlamidia or gonorrhea.

something about chlamydia && gonorrhoeae. i may not be correct but thats as far as english i can get it
