I would like to compare between two results of a questionnaire which data is interpreted in SPSS programe?

i have a questionnaire at the baseline and another one after one year and i want to analyze the difference between the two results and to see if the difference is significant or not. all the results in percentages

    t-test? go to analyze --> analyze the diffferences --> then go to a paired samples t-test. - only if there is no/few outliers, and if the skewness is relatively low. If there is a lot of skewness and you have gross outliers when compared to sample size do a sign test - Wis. Which in SPSS should be found under something like non-parametric tests. You need to analyze the differences so do a before - after.
