It will simply confirm the ongoing trend that people are sick of their current leaders - whether they be republican or democrat.
For example, if a traditionally democratic state elected a full slate of republicans today on election day, it doesn't equate to a national movement towards the republican party. It just shows that people are craving anything different than what they have.

Libs; especially Obama; are too narcissistic to make the connection. Things won't change till the 2010 elections and then finish off in 2012.

So now we elect the New Jersey governor "up near" Jersey, but not actually in Jersey?
When the hell did that happen?

Since they're not national elections...it REALLY doesn't count for much at all.
