Need to separate a vehicles into a set of different vehicles help?

im doing a project and need to divide vehicle into different types. i taught i would choose cars, trucks and motors. The only problem is that i dont know what are the mechanical differences between these. does these have different type of engin code or something else. pls help

If I understand you question I believe your are asking how to classify you vehicle for Yahoo's Answers. I am assuming you are trying to make a vehicle that will run on other power or both. These are called high bread because they use more then one source of energy. But if you choose the other category chances are your question will be answered anyway. many of us have more then one interest. And vehicles cross over into different categories. Hoped this helped.
