How long would it take to mail a letter from Boston to Oxford, England if i bought the fastest way to mail?

i need to send a five page document to Oxford, England from Boston, MA- USA and it needs to be there in exactly 9 days. is it possible for the document to get there if i buy the fastest way to mail?

At present I would suggest that you send it by fax.

With the mail strike in the UK I would say that is the second most reliable to either taking it yourself or getting a private courier to do it.00

You would need to purchase a sign on delivery product and you would need to ask at the Post Office how long it would take. Normally a week. There is industrial action in the UK so there is a possibility it could be delayed once it arrives in this country.

I would not mail the document because of the ongoing postal strike here in the UK which is set to escalate. It would cost more to do so but your safest bet would be to use a carrier instead. Not sure what there is in the US but we have carriers such as TNT and DHL, maybe there is something similar where you are...
