Do Ireland home addresses have Postal Codes?

No they don't, Dublin has postal areas, D2, D5, D11 etc but not the rest of Ireland. Northern Ireland which is part of the UK has postcodes the same as the rest of the UK does.

No, they don't. Quite often they don't have house numbers either, but don't worry, letters rarely get lost and bills never do.
