i am not having a yellow card with me. i am travelling from india to togo will it create any kind of problem for me at the airport of mumbai.

I assume you mean the International vaccination pass?

If so, it will create some minor problems at the Togo immigration or health , but nothing a US$ 10 dollar bill could not solve.

However, I strongly dis-advise to go to ANY African country without the yellow fever vaccination.
