Hey where should i visit in south korea?

i would like to do some sight-seeing in beautiful places, you know with trees, lakes, mountains. =) and loads of shopping too~!! can u pls advice me where's d best place for me to visit? thks!!

I would say Seoul because they have a fun theme park there called Lotte World. It is really fun and is inside a big building!

Seoul sounds fun ...Who goes there for nature? Go there for the good food and crappy cookie cut music groups.

jeju island would be nice.
and baekdoosan is a pretty mountain too.
and there's a place called "wando" and you'll see lakes and everything. Korea is just beautiful, wherever you go, you'll see what you want.

how long is your trip? have you been to korea b4? if you can spare 3-4days and want to see the nature and do shopping, i think jeju would the best place. it's an island where you can enjoy beautiful beaches, parks, a botanical garden, and a great mountain (called "Halla")
and as jeju is such a popular tourism spot, you can do lots shopping but not as much as in seoul.
if you mainly wanna go shopping, definately you should go to seoul. you don't get to enjoy much nature in seoul but you can visit the seoul tower located in namsan ( mt. nam) and it's quite nice to enjoy the green and they have a botanical garden as well and you can see the whole city. and as you might know there're tons of places for shopping in seoul.

1) Seoul- Capital of Korea, 3rd biggest city in the world. They have 2 amusment parks. Lotte World and Everland. They also have 2 water parks. Carribean Bay and Ocean World. A good sight seeing place is a place called Insadong. If you ever go to Insadong, theres this candy called Appollo Candy. Its soo good and it was one of the few candies that had a longg time ago. If you like flea markets or want to experience a china town type of place, go to Dong DaeMun or Nam DaeMun. They are the main fashion places..but if you walk along the streets of Seoul, you will see cute little boutiques. Now if you want literally a mall, theres this really cool mall called Techno Mall and Lotte Ball. Its really nice and they have all of these name brand items such as Tiffany & Co, Lous Vuitton...... and etc.
2) Busan/Pusan. Beautiful place. Busan in located in the southern part of Seoul. If your ever going to go there, go to a beach called Hae Un Dae. Its soo pretty!!
