How's the temperature like in New Zealand towards the end of September?

I will b visiting the southern island such as Christchurch,Queenstown the fox glacier etc..will it still b very cold during the end of sept though i think it will b spring..what should we wear?Thanks alot for ur answer!!

It will be the very beginning of spring and can still be pretty chilly, particularly in the south.

That said, no matter where you go in New Zealand or what time of year, you should pack for all eventualities as you can often see all four seasons in one day. I'd personally leave the shorts and tank tops out of the suitcase, but pack for moderate to freezing temperature and definitely take a warm jacket!
