Taxes are high with Moms being in the order of 25%. If you want to buy such things the best place is in the Duty free, say Heathrow or Amsterdam or similar. You might get hit on the minimums though and end up having to pay tax on return to where ever you come from.

It is a bad idea, since the Scandinavian countries are among the most expensive in the world - also when it comes to buying watches.
