I live in US want to send money to Puerto Rico, can I send a money order?

Yes. The best way would be to send a US Postal Money Order. They cost about $1.00 at the post office. They can be cashed for no charge right at the post office on the island. It's a little harder to cash other money orders since there are hardly any Currency Exchanges so other money orders would have to be deposited in a bank account.
