its not a great time to visit Nepal because of rainy days but not bad ideas to visit Nepal though, you still can do lost of fun in Kathmandu and surrounding areas, you can visit different place in Kathmandu. places like:

Kathmandu Durbar square( Old Royal Place )
Patan Durbar Square
Bhaktapur is an old city situated within the periphery of Kathmandu
Boudhanath is a sputa which lies just 8km east of Kathmandu
you should not miss are the twin village Bungmati and Khokana, Budhanilkantha,
Pasupatinath Temple: Hindus biggest holy place where cremation happens.
you can go for Short Trekking in Dhulikhel , can go to Namo Buddha, Buddhist holy Place which is about 30 KM from Kathmandu CBD.
there are much more fun in Nepal during this season and lots festival occurs in Nepal during this time.
