Melbourne or Perth better to travel to with a baby as a family?

planning to go australia in july but i am confused as to which state to go to namely either Melbourne or perth. can anyone tell me some info for reference.. thanks..

I would choose Melbourne, it's more tourist based while Perth is a lot of wineries and things not really suitable for an infant.

- Melbourne Zoo or Werribee Open Range Zoo
- Luna Park, St Kilda

There is definitly plenty to do in Melbourne, you won't get enough time.

ive been to melbourne and perth i say you should go to melborune its much better,beautiful and lots of things to do

from personal experience i would say perth because it is better in the terms of facilities for young kids eg, a drop in center if you want to do thing on your own , they will look after your baby

neither Melbourne or perth are states they are city's
but it depends on what you want to do as to where to go people in bouth places have baby's

they are both cities not states, perth is in western australia and melbourne is in victoria with a huge distance between both cities.

it will be mid winter in july so perth will be dryer and warmer than melbourne,google the cities and see what appeals to you more
