How do i get the fittest fighting body?

Im 15 years old, Male, 5' 9.5''(176.5cm), 143 lbs(65 kg). I am beggining in Wing Chun Kung Fu lessons, and Nunchaku lessons. I'm allready really good with Nunchaku, but im only just going to start the Kung Fu training. Any tips on how i can make my body super fit for my martial art training? I want a body thats really muscular and strong, but light enough to move fast. Like really toned, and strong, not bulky, because i want to increase my speed. Anyone got any poitners please?

    work out till you fall down then get up for more.....only way i can think of....squat kicks work the quads well....squar horse works core and legs extend the arms or doing puches with it will work almost everything....good old fashioned push ups and sit ups too....

    my biggest problem with wing chun is that they should be required to sing the famous 80's song "everybody have fun tonight" by the "where are they now" group Wang Chung before and after every practice.

    no doubt your instructors will be making sure you are fit enough to train and advance in your discipline.

    there are no quick fixes.

    you are only 15, you aren't even finished growing yet lol but by your weight and height it seems you are lean already so watch your weight. just work on your flexibility and cardio,eat healthy and get proper rest between workouts( your genetics should take care of the rest).
