How many hours is the train ride from Zurich, Switzerland to Geneva Airport or Lausanne Train Station?

i really need help with this!!! need to book air tickets etc in advance...
if possible, please provide me with the name of the train etc

You can use the Swiss rail timetables to plan your trip on: www.rail.ch . From Zurich mainstation to Geneva Airport is approximately 2 hours and 52 minutes, depending on which train you catch (you should choose a direct train for ease of use). Zurich to Lausanne is just over 2 hours, again, depending on the train (take direct).

you can get all this info on the site of GoldenPass Panoramic....thats a train and google-search its website for the time duration...

about 40 min flight Zurich Geneva and about 3 hours by train or by car
from Geneva to Lausanne by train about 50 min. Lausanne is worth seeing, very pretty and charming city, if sun is shinnying. have a good trip
