of course they dont get pregnant!!!
once no sperm enters there might as well be nothing happening at all,and it does feel good to them cuz whenever anything enters the vagina it stimulates it and causes pleasure.

To get pregnant (I can't believe you have to be told this) sperm has to find it's way to the vagina, and conventionally this means sex. So unless there's sperm somehow on your tongue, there's no medical way she can get impregnated from oral sex.
