Is the rate better in Hong Kong or Singapore?

Heading to Hong Kong. I want to know if the money changer's rate in singapore is better or in hong kong? Changing my sing dollars to hk dollars. Where should i go?

i think its much better to change your money in Singapore, you can search on 88db for reliable money changers in Singapore, or you can just go to Chinatown or Peninsula to change your money

For changing S$ to HK$, Singapore's rates is better. But if you want the exact change in HK$, then is of course in Hong Kong will be better cause Singapore can't give you small dominations like HK$2 or HK$5 and some even short of HK$10 notes. So its really depends on whether you need the exact change or not.

Changing in spore will be better, go to chinatown complex or raffles place near ocean building, there are quite a few with rather good rates around.
