Bare Minerals?
I have been using bare minerals makeup for the past year and I've noticed that when I sweat, my face starts to burn. Other than that weird chemical reaction, I'm pretty satisfied with bare minerals.
What is causing the burning sensation? Also, are there any other mineral makeups that are similar to bare minerals that don't burn?
Thank you!

Bismuth Oxychloride!
Your sweat and the Bismuth are having a reaction together.
I use bare minerals and only noticed it once, I am not allergic to the Bismuth Oxychloride and obviously you arent eaither if youve been using it for a year. Its normal everyone I know who uses Bare Minerls has noticed some sort of burning feeling/itchy when they sweat. The sensation will dissapear.

I've been using bareminerals for a long time as well. I don't know what could be causing that for you, but as far as mineral makes up go there is also sheer cover, covergirl ones (i dont know the exact name), physicians formula, and I think maybelline just came out with one. Physicians formula, I use when I don't have any bare minerals on hand. I really like it. Try that.

Try Maybelline liquid mineral foundation. I have tried everything under the sun and I really like this one. I usually buy more expensive brands, because quality is better. But I wanted to try a mineral makeup thats came in liquid form, and I bought this one.
It gives really nice coverage and a healthy glow.
It does not itch, burn, cake...its great!!

More than likely there is some form of irritation with this makeup. If it works for you, just keep at it.
