What a strange question. One does wonder what sort of school you go to. And no a mans penis is not always the size of his foot, but you could try carrying a tape measure around with you and measure mens feet and penis to get a more accurate answer.

no. it has nothing to do with the size of feet. i where a size 9 shoe, and have a 7'' d***. size 9 is maybe average or less than average shoe size for guys.
