Halloween Ideas?
I'm thinking of throwing a small halloween party for a few kids (ages 5-8) in my neighborhood this Halloween. I remember when I was younger we had to stick our hands in different bowls that felt like different scary things. I can't remember what the items were or what they were supposed to be...does anyone else? Any other fun food ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I remember attending one of those parties years ago, and she used the bowls with the scary things inside them. But I only remember a few:
spagetti - witch's hair
jell-o - monster brains
olives - eyeballs

Order some of those plastic ice cubes that have bugs in them. Make a jello mold and ganish it with candy worms and bugs
Cake in the shape of a skull.
serve chocolate covered ants and crickets
Candy eyes on cupcakes with red frosting and bloodred icing.

Cold spaghetti noodles with a few drops of oil can quickly become "guts" and peeled grapes "eyeballs". If you want to get really gruesome, you can get pigs feet for "severed limbs" UGH! GROSS! :)
I think it's great fun! I hope you have a blast!
