For you to know your pregnant is when you have your next period you would have to miss it.

Most people find out a little after their first missed period. Usually around 5 weeks pregnant.

i know it's super hard to wait. you have a few options. remember every woman is different and while some just "know", others have no idea until months into the pregnancy. you can take a test every day or every other day if that's what you need to do. it's best to test after you've missed your period, but most tests pick it up 5 days before missed period. you can get a blood test at the doc- just call and ask the best time to do it. you can just wait until you miss our period. good luck!!

It's possible for a blood test to give you correct results as early as 11 days after conception. For urine pregnancy tests, most only detect hCG levels at 20mIU/ml or higher. The American Pregnancy Association gives hCG levels per week as follows: 3 weeks LMP: 5 - 50 mIU/ml
    4 weeks LMP: 5 - 426 mIU/ml
    5 weeks LMP: 18 - 7,340 mIU/ml
Depending on your body you may not get a positive result until your missed period or later, so it's important to realize that any negative before you've missed your period isn't definite. It's always possible that it'll turn up positive though. It's up to you. You can spend the money on a pregnancy test that may not be accurate yet, or you can bite your fingernails and wait it out. It's really not possible to get a false positive though, no matter what anyone says.
