I've heard you can buy tylenol w/codeine in Canada w/o prescrption. Is this true?

Yes you can buy tylenol w/codeine over the counter in canada. Although the tablets only contain 8mg of codeine, 300mg of tylenol and caffeine. So basically the amount of codeine is very low and you would have to take 4 at one time to equal the amount of a tylenol#3. You also don't want to try to bring it across the border because if you get caught you could go to jail. Hope this helps.

no, this is not true. Codeine is a narcotic, it is a controlled substance in Canada.
