My password was stolen, I cannot find any answers to help me in yahoo help, any suggestions?

it looks like they have changed my password and all my personal imformation, like address, age, backup e-mail addresses etc. I had a lot of information, stored e-mails and a very long messenger contact list and I really need it all back. I tried filling in all my information on yahoo help to try and get a new password, but nothing works. What can I do now?

The first option is just to try to get a new password. But if your account was stolen and a zip code changed this will not work. Move on to the other steps, and try to get your account back from Yahoo. Though please note, you will need to know your original account information you use to create your account, such as your birthdate, Yahoo ID, secret question/answer or alternate e-mail address.
