No there is a free version which is pretty good but it limts wht all you can do such as skip songs and have no commercial interuptions and limited stations.
If you pay for it you can listen to unlimited stations, skips all the songs you want, and have acess to all available stations.

the frfee version has comercials liek every 5 songs and the one you have to pay for costs like 3.95 a month

Not if you do the free version like I did. The only problem is that there is a commercial every three songs, which gets kind of irratating. You can even create your own radio station.
