It depends on the type of chicken. If it is bone in chicken it takes longer to cook. Boneless skinless chicken breasts only take about 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Bone in chicken parts take much longer about 45 minutes to one hour depending on their size.

Roast 45 to 60 minutes at 325 or until the juices run clear when a sharp knife is inserted into the joint between the body and the thigh or until an instant-read thermometer registers 165 degrees at the same joint.

Oven at 350-375
Boneless Chicken Breasts: 20-25min
Bone-In Chicken: 35-40min
If in doubt just slice a little bit into the meat, if its still pink, cook it for a few more mins.

What type of chicken? Smaller pieces like breasts or thighs will bake pretty fast like everyone has already said. However, I roast a whole chicken for 3.5 hours at 325 degrees in a roasting bag.
