How strong is vicodin M357?

medium strength as far as vicodin goes. it has 5mg of hydrocodone (active component of vicodin) and the other 500mg is just apap. the highest dosage of hydrocodone that you'll find is 10mg so 5mg is pretty decent. you're not going to be completely messed up though. vicodin has absolutely no effect on me so i wouldn't know personally.

it is the lowest dose and should not be that strong unless u have never taken it before??????? I take Lortab 10/500 plus a whole lot more that is stronger bc i have severe scoliosis......................
