I was at a party this weekend where MAJOR weed was smoked. I could definately smell it and I just got a new job and I have to take a piss test. Will it show up positive even if i didn't smoke any of it?

There is a distinct possibility, yes, if you inhaled enough you will test positive.

There is a number of variables that go into it. First how much body fat do you have? Second did you actually get high and have the munchies? Even if you did weed exits the normal person's body in about 4-5 days from the time they got high. Now if you are a heavy pot smoker and have a decent bit of body fat you can test positive for weed for 45 days. However if you have almost no body fat I have known people to toke up one day and take a piss test the next and be just fine. Smelling weed is one thing, being in a very tight room which is enclosed and is full of pot smoke is another. If you just smelled it but didn't get all the effects of being high you should be just fine. Even if you did get a mild high and you take the test 2-3 days later you still should be ok. Now if you got a serious high with the munchies. It might take up to a week to clear your system.
