If he really took a whole bottle, he definately won't feel good in the morning.
Symptoms of an Advil overdose may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, dizziness, blurred vision, sweating, breathing problems, or seizure (convulsions).
If any of these happen, take him to the hospital immediately and have his stomach pumped.
He'll probably be OK, but that kind of thing is really hard on the liver, and it could be damaged for the rest of his life.

I think that it would be good to get professional help at this moment. Get him some help. I have known people to take up to 10 advil per day due to injuries and be fine, but I dunno how many are in his bottle.

You should call 911 and get an ambulance to him right away. Advil overdose can cause siezures, internal bleeding, and stop his breathing. He needs help ASAP! Call 911 and tell them what city and state he lives in and his address there. They will call police and EMS there to go and take him to the hospital.
let us know how it turns out!

Most likely he'll just have one heck of a stomache ache.
Worst case scenario is internal bleeding, but a lot more than one bottle of OTC advil is needed to do that.

You may not be able to take him but you can call his local police, he may just be being dramatic but how do you know for sure. People can overdose on Advil but it usually takes a while as Advil is eliminated through the kidneys not the liver like Tylenol is. In either case call someone closer to help or call his local police department to do a well being check on him.

Advil is an anticoagulant; if he has taken an entire bottle, then he has a good chance of bleeding to death internally. If you believe he has done this, contact the police in his area, and alert them to his condition.

I think you need to call the police in his area and get them to check on him before it gets to bad. He is killing is kidneys take that much Advil.

He better get his stomach pumped a.s.a.p. It's probably too late, but the main danger in using too much ibuprofen is that it will obliterate his liver function, and may even shut his kidneys down.
Don't be surprised that if he lives, he'll soon be looking for a new liver.
So sad this world is when people can't find a single good reason to live.
Really want to 'save' him? I mean 'really'? Then once he's 'out of the woods' on this one, and realizes that he's pulverized his liver, then get hold of a Kingdom Hall and get him into a Bible study because the only thing that can save someone from that kind of internal torment is a personal relationship with God.
My prayers go out to both of you. Thanks for reading.
