The best ones in my opinion are the ones that are know off the market....that had ephedra.....right now I'm trying lypozene expensive as heck but it seems to be working pretty good.

I have been taking stacker 2 ephedra free for about 6 months now and have gone from a size 18 down to an 8....
So, for me those have worked....
but, then again, I didnt just rely on those pills. I watched my food and i exercised too. The diet pills just s pered up my energy level.

depends on your body, with any diet pill, you need to increase your excercise with it to be effective. Try Fahrenheit if you want muscle tone and if your not afraid to sweat.

There's no real diet pill for weight loss. If you truly want to lose weight i suggest you exercise and eat right, regardless of how hard that sounds it only takes one step to get there. Look at it this way when you climb a stair you can never get on top till you take each steps. So take your time, Be patient, eat in moderation, exercise and be happy. People who are stressed or sad tend to gain more weight than those who enjoy their lives. Because when you're sad you seek food immediately as if is your best friend. Belive me give it a try and one day you will be there.
